🐺 2 TB brown rice flour
🐺 2 TB vanilla flavored protein powder
🐺 2 TB white-wheat flour
🐺 1/2 tsp baking powder
🐺 1 TB Stevia powder
🐺 1 tsp ground cinnamon
🐺 1/4-1/3 cup flavored Greek yogurt, 0%
🐺 1 TB stevia brown sugar blend
🐺 1 TB stevia powder
🐺 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Lightly spray air fryer with neutral cooking oil. Preheat to 390.

Combine the flours, protein powder, baking powder, cinnamon, 1 TB stevia, and yogurt in a bowl. Using a fork, work the ingredients into a soft dough. It may be slightly sticky, but can be picked up easily.
Lightly flour surface and gently knead dough 1-2 times until stickiness is gone. Pinch off TB-sized balls of dough; should make 8-9 balls.
Mix together remaining stevia powder, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl or plate.
If stuffing donut holes, poke each ball with your finger to create an indent for chocolate, 1/4 tsp of jelly, or nut butter. Pinch dough together and gently roll to seal filling inside.
Roll in cinnamon-sugar mixture and coat the outside. After all the donut holes are ready, place them in the air fryer. Cook 7-9 minutes until golden brown and springs to touch. Enjoy!
